Nightly Rates:

$650/night - May through mid-December
$1,100/night - January through April

Weekly Rates:

$4,000/week - May through mid-December
$6,000/week - January through April
$8,000/week - Christmas and Easter

Monthly Rates:

$12,000/month - May to mid-December
$18,000/month - January through April

Nightly rentals have a 3 night minimum.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Please let us know if you have a unique schedule as we can often accommodate special situations.

Add 16% Roatan tax, 25% of rent is due when booking, balance is due 60 days before arrival. Reservation/security deposit is $2,000 (cash or credit card authorization).
Check-in time is 4:00 PM
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
