Roatan is a Caribbean island located 90 miles east of Belize and 350 miles southwest of Cayman Islands. Roatan is one of the fastest growing Caribbean Islands with a population of just 10,000 in 1970 to over 70,000 today. In a few short years it has become the most popular cruise ship port in the Caribbean, hosting over one million visitors per year.

The island of Roatan is 33 miles long and just 2-3 miles wide. Roatan Casa is located directly north of the airport on the reef side of the island where the majority of the dive sites are located.

The home is uniquely situated next to a huge reef that forms a natural barrier from boat traffic, making it safe and pristine for snorkeling or just a peaceful vacation away from the tourists, yet just minutes from the airport, restaurants, shopping and groceries.
